1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, she is granted liberty to submit a representation with regard to redressal of his grievances before the Competent Authority.
2. In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the Competent Authority, who shall consider and decide the representation by a speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order.
