The applicant, who is in custody since 16.06.2025, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Mahuadanr P.S. case No. 20/2025, registered for the offence u/s 308(5), 308(4), 308(7), 3(5) of the BNS and u/s 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Latehar. 3. Innocence has been claimed and participation in the trial has been assured. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. It appears from the record that twice criminal antecedent of the applicant has been demanded and from the report called for, it also appears that there is four criminal antecedents against the applicant. Further, seven times, the matter has been adjourned. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and the criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant (s) on bail at this stage.
