No. 115 of 2026 has been filed by the petitioner only in the month of March, 2026, the only limited relief that can be granted by this Court is to direct the Tamil Nadu Wakf Tribunal, after receiving the counter from the respondents, to dispose of I.A. No. 115 of 2026 as expeditiously as possible, without directing the Tribunal to dispose of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4. Since the petitioner seeks for urgent interim relief, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application, namely, I.A. No. 115 of 2026, directs the Tamil Nadu Wakf Tribunal to dispose of I.A. No. 115 of 2026 in O.A. No. 33 of 2026 as expeditiously as possible. 5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court. 6. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of.
