JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent-Tahsildar has not acted upon the representation at Annexure-A dated 10.04.2023 given by the petitioners seeking mutation entry in the revenue records. It is contented that in terms of the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Kolar District at Annexure-B in proceedings bearing No.:L.R.F./INM/KLR/01/2018-19 occupancy rights have been conferred on the petitioners under the provisions of the Karnataka (Religious and Charitable) Inams Abolition Act, 1955. 3. Having regard to the contentions raised by the petitioners, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Tahsildar, Kolar Taluk, Kolar to consider the representation given by the petitioners, verify from the records and if it is found that, such an order was - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:3782 WP No. 36525 of 2025 indeed passed by the Deputy Commissioner conferring occupancy rights and the requisite fee has been paid by the petitioners, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to enter the name of the petitioners in the revenue records. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
