The petitioner herein is aggrieved by impugned transfer order dated 22.04.2026, on the ground that in terms whereof, he stands transferred to a station more than 250 kms 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:13647 away, ignoring the fact that he is suffering from physical disability. 3. Without making any observation on the issues raised in the petition and without disturbing the transfer order, in light of the fact that the petitioner has already completed his normal tenure at his present place of posting, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let an appropriate representation be filed by the petitioner for his adjustment at some other station, in light of his physical disability and order be passed upon the said representation of the petitioner, within a period of three weeks as from the date of the receipt thereof, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Till the decision of the representation, the petitioner shall not be forced to join the station to which he stands transferred and he can avail the kind of leave due to him.
