Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime No.72 of 2026 under Section 3, 5 read with Section 11 of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, P.S. Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that there is no recovery from the applicant; although the place of recovery is from the highly populated area but there is no independent witness; there is delay of about 3 hours in lodging the FIR. He submits that till date there is no FSL report to prove that the alleged recovered meat is beef. 5. Learned State counsel has opposed the bail application. 6. Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Rizwan be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 8.
