Vashishta, Advocate appearing for the respondent Corporation, states that amount of Rs.14,81,511/- and Rs.11,61,970/- stands paid to the petitioner on account of DCRG and Leave Encashment, respectively, vide Cheques Nos. 217131 dated 7.1.2026 and 165559 dated 16.7.2024, respectively. Mr. Vashishta, Advocate states that interest on account of delayed payment shall be released expeditiously. 2. In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and same are closed with a direction to the respondents to ensure that interest on delayed payment is released to the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from today. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to get the present proceedings revived, in case, the respondents do not release the interest, in terms of this order.
