The ground on which the petitioner is praying is that the petitioner seems to have underwent some procedure/surgery in November 2025 for fracture. Firstly, it can be seen that it is not stated that very recently the petitioner had underwent any surgery or not. In any event, the petitioner has to surrender before the concerned Court and file an application for recall of non bailable warrant and the prayer made before this Court is not maintainable. The objection of the Registry is upheld and the Criminal Original Petition stands rejected.
