The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.145 of 2024, for offence registered under section 33 of Indian Forest Act, pending in court of learned C.J.M.,Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that false allegations are made against the petitioners of cultivating poppy plants in forest area. He further submits that the land is not belonging to the petitioners and the petitioners have got no criminal 2026:JHHC:1430 2 antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.21. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegation of cultivating poppy plant in forest land is there. 5. Considering that the petitioners are not having criminal antecedent as aforesaid and even the land is not belonging to the petitioners and in that view of the matter, petitioners above named are directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today and learned court shall release petitioners, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
