The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his father name was wrongly mentioned as ‘Sundaramoorthy’ instead of ‘Thangavel’. To substantiate the same, he enclosed a copy of the Aadhar card. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for the amendment. 4. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the petition as well as in the order copy in Crl.OP.No.20608/2025 dated 09-09-2025 and issue fresh order copy by incorporating the above said changes. 5.
