The present petition to accept the cause title has been necessitated on account of the demise of 4th respondent in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.S.No.5176 of 1976. Pending application, the petitioners herein are the legal heirs of the said deceased 4th respondent. The cause of action survives for the present petitioners to challenge the order impugned in this civil revision petition. Therefore, I am inclined to allow this petition. 2.
