Aggrieved by the non-payment of bill amounts to the petitioner in relation to the completed contract works, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard M.Uma Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in touch with them neither received any instructions from him. 4.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings Department on counter submitted that the amounts have been already paid to the petitioner. 3
5. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause survives, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application within two(02) months. No costs.
