It is contended that the sums are due to the petitioner, on account of the execution of works relating to construction of Girls (G) Hostel building to Government Degree College at Saluru (V) & (M) in Vizianagaram District. 4. Sri V.CH. Naidu, learned Standing Counsel, has placed before the court a copy of the remarks received by him in the case.
