(b) There are 18 witnesses to be examined in this case. 4. Considering all the above, the petitioner and the prosecution are directed to co-operate for the early disposal, and the learned XXIX Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram is requested to expedite the Trial and complete the case as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 15 months from the date of receipt of the web-copy of the order. 5.
