The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is residing in Ambur and he could not be able to appear before the respondent police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent strongly opposed to modify the condition and submits that already petition for modification has been filed before this Court and the same was dismissed. 4. In such view of the position, this Court could not find any merit in the present application.
