Learned Counsel for the petitioner shall amend the cause title, forthwith. Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for all the respondents. 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that her application for regularisation of unauthorised occupation of 4.00 Acres of land in Survey No.38 of Kanakennahalli Village, Saslu Hobli, Doddaballapura Taluk, was considered by the Committee for Regularisation of Unauthorised - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:5259 WP No. 35658 of 2025 Occupation and a resolution was passed on 30.09.1994 at Annexure-A, recommending grant of land in favour of the petitioner. However, till date Saguvali Chit is not issued and the name of the petitioner is not entered in the revenue records. 3. The prayer in the petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents-Authorities to issue Saguvali Chit in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the order of regularization of unauthorised occupation passed by the Committee on 30.09.1994 at Annexure-A and to enter her name in the revenue records. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2–Tahsildar, Doddaballapura Taluk, to consider the representation given by the petitioner at Annexure-D, verify the records and find out as to whether the petitioner was indeed granted the land. If it is found that the Committee had in fact regularised the land in favour of the petitioner, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to pass necessary orders - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:5259 WP No. 35658 of 2025 issuing Saguvali Chit and enter her name in the land records pursuant to the issuance of the Saguvali Chit. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of 2 (Three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
