Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs : “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record relating to his case. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the writ petition and direct to pass an appropriate order of transfer near to Raipur or Raipur district. 10.3 Any other relief/relief's which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be allowed.” 2. During course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed this writ petition with a limited prayer for issuing a direction to respondent authority to take decision on representation submitted by petitioner and to post the petitioner at an appropriate place. She also contended that petitioner was promoted vide order dated 07.10.2025 as Food Safety Officer and is posted from Office of Deputy Director, Food and Drugs Administration, Gariyaband to office of Deputy Director, Food and Drugs Administration, Surajpur. Petitioner is having twin child aged about 3 years and if the petitioner is to join at promoted place of posting, she will not be able to take care of two minor children aged about 3 years. Husband of petitioner is also a Govt. servant and posted at Raipur. Representation submitted by petitioner dated 07.11.2025 till date has not been considered and decided and therefore a direction be issued to respondent No. 2 & 3 to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner she is having no objection. 3 / 3 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, nature of grievance raised, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before respondents no. 2 & 3 raising all grounds as raised in this writ petition and if such representation is filed, respondents No. 2 & 3 shall consider and take decision on it within a further period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of representation, in an objective manner, adopting pragmatic approach sympathetically.
