In the meanwhile, both sides entered into a mediated settlement agreement. The same is taken on record. 3. Considering the major allegations that while consuming liquor, there arose wordy quarrel leading to the filing of the case and the parties have entered into compromise in the Mediation Center, the Crl.O.P.No.8410 of 2026 stands allowed. The case in Crime No. 93 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, D2 Anna Salai Police Station, Chennai shall stand quashed as against the petitioner alone.
