The grievance of the petitioner is that although his name is entered in the RTC, which reflects the entire extent of 2 acres and 27 guntas in favour of the petitioner, nevertheless, the petitioner has come to know that in the Aakarband, in terms of the order passed by the Assistant Director of Land Records on 11.01.2023, the entire extent of 2 acres and 27 guntas is shown in columns 5(b) and 5(c), which is incorrect. In that view of the matter, the representation has been given by the petitioner to respondent Nos.3 to 5 to rectify the same. 3. However, learned High Court Government Pleader submits that a duly constituted appeal will have to be filed in terms of Section 49(F) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 4. Upholding the submissions made by the learned High Court Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a duly constituted appeal before respondent No.3-Joint Director of Land Records.
