The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been assaulted by the accused and the entire occurrence has been recorded in the mobile phone. However, the Investigating officer has not even received the video and the investigation has also not progressed. 3. The learned Government Advocate Criminal side would submit that if 3 month time is given, the investigation will be completed and final report will be filed. In view thereof, this criminal original petition is disposed of on following terms: i. The second respondent shall complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months from today. The second respondent may also accept and examine the video evidence produced by the petitioner. If the video is related to the alleged occurrence, it shall be properly included as an electronic document in the final report. Accordingly, this Criminal original petition is disposed of.
