It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that he is the owner of Plot No.2052 under Khata No.436/9 which is of kisam “Gharabari”. The road is running in Plot No.1835 under Khata No.442 adjacent to his land. But the Tahasildar, Udala without proper demarcation is now proceeding for eviction against the Petitioner, who is situating over Plot No.2052. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Udala (O.P.No.3) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and measure the land properly before the proceeding for any eviction and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
