Heard the parties. 2. The employer of the petitioner is one Kuber Solutions and Infrastructure Private Limited which is a manpower supply agency. The said agency use to supply manpower in the Office of Deputy Commissioner, Pakur. The petitioner being the employee of Kuber Solutions and Infrastructure Private Limited was placed by the said company in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Pakur wherein the petitioner is working. 3. Now the petitioner claims to be regularized as Peon in the Office of Deputy Commissioner, Pakur in view of the fact that there are sanctioned and vacant post. 4. The petitioner has got no right to be regularized as regularization can be done by the employer. Admittedly, the State is not the employer of this petitioner.
