The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has taken step upon the respondent Nos.1—3, but the said steps returned unserved with a report that no such person is available in the address and as such, she has obtained necessary instruction and also the address of the respondent Nos.1—3 and as such, she submits that the applicant may be allowed to take step upon the respondent Nos.1—3 at the new address. Prayer is allowed. Step upon the respondent Nos.1—3 at their new address be taken by speed post and also by usual process within a week from today. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of.
