Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 3. Despite sufficient opportunity having been granted, the 1st respondent has not filed counter. 4. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent endorsed that the 2nd respondent has no objection in allowing this application. 5. However, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent raised objections in respect of Document Nos.1, 2 and 3 on the ground of source and delay. 6. Considering the submissions made and having regard to the nature of the objections raised, this Court is inclined to receive the documents, subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility. 7.
