The limited relief sought in the present petition is for a direction to respondent No. 4, the Deputy Director of Education, to decide the proposal dated 16.12.2024 submitted by respondent Nos. 5 and 6 seeking individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner to the post of Laboratory Assistant at the respondent No. 6 Junior College. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proposal was not being decided by reason of the communication dated 28.05.2025 issued by respondent No. 3, the Director of Education, which now stands superseded by the Government Resolution dated 11.08.2026. As the proposal has been pending since 16.12.2024, the respondent No. 4- Deputy Director of Education, is directed to decide the proposal within a period of four weeks from today. 4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner about the communication dated 28.05.2025 being superseded by the Government Resolution dated 11.08.2026, it is expected that an appropriate note will be taken of the same while deciding the proposal. 5. In the event, approval is granted, respondent No. 2 to include the name of the petitioner in the Shalarth Pranali and issue a Shalarth ID within a period of three weeks thereafter.
