ORAL ORDER
The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayers:
"a. Kindly quash the entire proceedings against the accused/petitioner's arising out in SC.No.174/2024 for the alleged offence of sections 306, 34 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('the IPC' for short). Currently pending before the 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tumkuru.

3. The learned High Court Government Pleader on verification of the records or even the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit and admit that charges have been framed in the case at hand and the trial is on.

5. The learned counsel submits that there is a good case on merits, as there is no abetment to suicide, as the petitioners were not even present in the said place. All these would become a matter of evidence in the light of the trial being at the stage of evidence.

If that be so, it is for the second petitioner to file a necessary application before the concerned Court seeking exemption and the concerned Court shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass necessary orders thereon.
7. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands
