The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides, the nature of the offence, and that the charge sheet has also been filed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in Crl.MP.No.10394 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.14350 of 2026 dated 24.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, B2, Meenakshi Amman Temple Police Station, Madurai Main Road, Madurai on alternative days at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m, until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, except on trial court hearings.
