When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that in the present case, the investigation has been completed. As a matter of fact, the charge sheet has already been filed and the same was returned due to certain technical errors. He further submitted that the defects would be rectified and the charge sheet would be re-presented. He also sought time for one week to upload the charge sheet. 3. In view thereof, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition cannot be countenanced at this stage. The learned counsel for the petitioner may go through the final report and if he is still aggrieved, take such steps as are available to him in the manner known to law. 4.
