Though styled as ordinary leave, since the convict is incarceration for the last 21 years, we assume that what the petitioner means is grant of furlough. 2.The petition shall be decided accordingly by R1, in line with the Grant of Furlough Rules and connected Government Orders who shall dispose representation dated 13.04.2026 within a period of four (4) weeks from today. 3.This writ petition (criminal) stands disposed.
