During the course of hearing today, Mr.N.Ranga Reddy learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent did not interfere into the possession of the petitioner over the subject house property after interim orders passed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same. 4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent and this Contempt Case can be closed against him. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. 6.
