THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CONTEMPT CASE NO: 510 OF 2022
ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 31.08.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18878 of 2021, wherein, this Court directed the respondent therein to maintain Status-quo as on that day, in all respects, with regard to the subject property, pending further orders.
2. During the course of hearing today, Mr.N.Ranga Reddy
learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent did not interfere into the possession of the petitioner over the subject house property after interim orders passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.
4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent and this Contempt Case can be closed against him.
5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
6. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
