After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.702 of 2025. However, it is submitted that the Trial of the case may expedited as the appellant is in custody since 18.02.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection. 3. Mr. Akhouri Awinash Kumar has appeared through Jharkhand High Court Legel Service Committee, Ranchi on behalf of the Informant and has raised no objection. 4. Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to withdraw this Criminal Appeal No.702 of 2025. 5. It appears that eight (08) witnesses out of fifteen (15) charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined during trial so far and as such it would be desirable that the Trial may be concluded with a period of five (05) months from the receipt of copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 702 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn and the learned Trial Court is directed to 2026:JHHC:5047 2 conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of five (05) months for the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7. The learned Member Secretary, Jharkhand High Court Legel Service Committee, Ranchi is directed to pay appropriate remuneration to the Mr. Akhouri Awinash Kumar as per the scheduled fees fixed by the Jharkhand High Court Legel Service Committee, Ranchi. 8.
