Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. It is seen that, with regard to the sale and purchase of the property in question, two cases in the nature of a case and counter-case have been registered in Crime No. 51 of 2022 and Crime No. 28 of 2023. It is submitted that the investigation in both the cases is still pending. 4. Considering the above facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the view that the issues raised are factual in nature and require a thorough investigation. Therefore, both the cases shall be investigated simultaneously and the investigation shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order. 5.
