The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Potka PS Case No.64 of 2025, for offence registered under section 189(1), 189(2), 190, 132, 127(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was also agitating along with 40-50 persons with regard to a road accident in which one person has died. He next submits that petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.6. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations are there of agitating and not allowing to lift the injured. 5. Considering that allegations are there against 40-50 persons with regard to an accident in which one person has died and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
