The petitioners had been granted conditional bail by an order dated 12.12.2023 by this Court. One of the conditions was that they should appear and sign before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. 2. Under orders dated 14.02.2024 (Naveen @ Naveen Chakravarthi) and 10.06.2025 (A.Kabilan @ Kabilar), the above condition was modified to state that they shall appear and sign before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. The petitioners have been regularly complying with the same and have filed the present applications seeking further modification of the above condition. 3. Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for NIA Cases confirms that till date, the petitioners have been regular in their appearance/compliance.
