This Court, vide order dated 19.03.2025 passed in CRA Nko. 335 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the appellant, namely, Idris @ Ibbu BRIJMOHAN MORLE Digitally signed by BRIJMOHAN MORLE Date: 2026.01.20 17:51:43 +0530 2 Khan had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of production of certified copy of that order. 3. The learned Special Judge (NIA Act), Rajnandgaon vide request letter dated 09.01.2026 has requested for grant of 04 months additional time for concluding the trial as for disposal of the present case as I the present case, 28 witnesses have already been examined. Furthermore, the examination/cross-examination, of the remaining witnesses are yet to be done. Hence, the conclusion of the trial may take some more time. 4. The request so made appears to be reasonable. Accordingly, the concerned trial Court is granted liberty and directed to conclude the trial at the earliest, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the present CRMP stands disposed off. 6. Registry is directed to forthwith transmit a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for information and necessary compliance.
