She has sought for grant of modified sanctioned plan. As the same has not been considered so far, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers: "1. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or such appropriate order or direction to the Respondents to consider the representations made by the Petitioner on 12.03.2026 (enclosed as Annexures H to H3) and to consequently allow the modification of the sanction plan (Annexure D) in accordance with the notification dated 05.01.2026 (Annexure F); 2. Pass any other appropriate orders or writs deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court, in the interests of justice and equity." 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Greater Bengaluru Authority (for short, 'the GBA') submits that the request of the petitioner will be considered within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22258 WP No. 10786 of 2026 3. Respondent No.3 is hereby directed to consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders regarding the grant of a modified sanctioned plan within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. ii. Till such a order is passed, the petitioner will put up construction only in accordance with the present sanctioned plan and not otherwise. iii. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
