The present application has been filed with a prayer for extending the earlier interim order dated 09.03.2026 passed by this Court in connected WP(C) No. 86 of 2026. It has been submitted by the learned Sr. counsel appearing for the applicant that the connected writ petition was adjourned on the request made by the counsel however, at the time of passing the adjournment order, the earlier interim order was not extended. The learned Sr. counsel accordingly prays that the present application be allowed by extending the earlier interim order passed by this Court on 09.03.2026. In view of the submission made above, the present application is allowed. The impugned order passed by this Court on 09.03.2026 in WP(C) No. 86 of 2026 shall be continued till the next date of hearing of the said writ petition.
