By this application filed under Sections 528 read with Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 the petitioner, namely, Rinku Malakar, has challenged the order dated 18.09.2025 and all consequent orders dated 12.11.2025 Page No.# 2/2 and 09.01.2026 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate(I), Sribhumi in PRC No. 568/2021 issuing NBWA against the petitioner. The petitioner has been shown as an absconder in the Charge Sheet. I have gone through the materials available in the records. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate(I), Sribhumi in connection with PRC No. 568/2021 and on his appearance, the learned Trial Court shall consider the bail application of the petitioner in accordance with law.
