On instruction, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that in respect of the dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent, the fifth respondent refused to permit the petitioner to worship in all the festivals of the temple i.e. Seelaikkari Amman Temple. Pending the complaint, the petitioner and the fifth respondent appeared before the third respondent and they themselves compromised their issue. It is also made clear that if any objection is made by the fifth respondent by restraining the petitioner and his family members from worshiping in the said temple, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint and on receipt of the said complaint, the fourth respondent is directed to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent in accordance with law. 4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
