The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instead of typing Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram, it has been inadvertently mentioned as Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram in the Petition. Hence, he prayed for amendment and for issue of fresh order copy. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for the amendment. 4. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the petition as well as in the order by replacing the word ‘ Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram with ‘Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram’ in Crl.O.P.No.14177 of 2026 dated 12.06.2026 and issue fresh order copy by incorporating the above said changes.
