After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the suit in O.S.No.*767/2025 pending before the Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Magadi (Trial Court) is posted on 08.01.2026 and further submits that the application – I.A.No.2 for temporary injunction filed in the said suit by the petitioners – plaintiffs is pending consideration and that necessary directions may be issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the said application within a stipulated timeframe. 3. The said submission is placed on record. 4. In view of the above submission, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the Trial Court before whom O.S.No.*767/2025 is said to be posted on 08.01.2026 to dispose of I.A.No.2 for temporary injunction filed by the petitioners – plaintiffs, within a period of one month from 08.01.2026.
