In the aforesaid order, the application filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs, seeking for interim injunction, pending disposal of the suit, has been dismissed by the Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruppur. 3. Being an appealable order, the petitioners ought to have filed an appeal before the appropriate appellate Court, but instead, have erroneously filed a revision petition before this Court. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly concedes that the petitioners ought to have filed an appeal and not this Civil Revision Petition. He seeks liberty for the petitioners to file an appeal before the competent appellate Court as against the impugned order. No prejudice will be caused if such a liberty is granted by this Court. 5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the competent appellate Court as against the impugned order dated 14.08.2025 passed by the Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruppur, in I.A. No. 405 of 2025 in O.S. No. 88 of 2025, and the time spent by the petitioners before this Court in filing this Civil Revision Petition shall stand excluded for the purpose of saving limitation under https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 3887 of 2026 Section 14 of the Limitation Act. No costs.
