JUSTICE D K SINGH and HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S RACHAIAH - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:1446-DB WA No. 1831 of 2025 ORAL JUDGMENT (PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE D K SINGH) 1. The present writ appeal has been filed impugning the order dated 25.10.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P No.13781/2021 filed by the respondent No.2 / owner of the land. 2. Admittedly, the appellants have not deposited the compensation in favour of the petitioner in respect of the acquired land of the petitioner. As no compensation was deposited, the petitioner sought for allotment of the developed land in pursuance to the Government policy decision dated 09.10.2018. 3. Mr. Murugesh V. Charati, learned counsel for the appellants/Bangalore Development Authority, does not dispute the fact that the compensation in respect of the land was not paid or deposited in the treasury or in the Court. 4. We therefore do not find that there is any error in the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge. Therefore, we dismiss this writ appeal. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:1446-DB WA No. 1831 of 2025 In view of the dismissal of this writ appeal, pending IA’s, if any, stands disposed of.
