1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad (U.P.)
2. Counsel for the respondents have no objection to allow the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
3. On due consideration and the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, the prayer made by petitioner’s counsel is allowed.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
