During the course of hearing today, learned counsel for the respondents submits that after filing of this Contempt Case, the respondent Nos.2 & 3 stopped construction. The respondent No.1 took steps to stop further construction by the respondent Nos.2 & 3. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners also endorsed the same stating that further construction is stopped in compliance with the order of this Court. 4. In view of the same, in our considered view, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in this Contempt Case. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. 6.
