The writ order dated 09.02.2026 passed in W.P.No.23330 of 2023 is under challenge in the present writ proceedings. 2. Writ Petitioner is the appellant before this Court. Writ Petitioner was engaged as the Office Assistant by the Head Master of Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai District. She was terminated from service. Appellant made a representation seeking reinstatement along with regularization. Since, no action has been taken, writ petition came to be instituted. 3. The order under challenge in the writ petition has been passed by the Chief Educational Officer, Thiruvannamalai. On perusal of the order, it would show that said order was passed in pursuant to the representation submitted by appellant in a grievance redressal meeting. However, the fact remains that appellant was not appointed in accordance with the Service Rules and no appointment order has been issued by the Head Master. Considering all these aspects, this Court does not find any infirmity in the writ order made in WP No. 23330 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023 and the same is confirmed.
