Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions issued by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P. (C) No. 6519 of 2025 dated 15.12.2025, the petitioner /complainant is before this court in this contempt petition. 2. Vide order dated 15.12.2025 passed in WPC No. 6519 of 202, Coordinate bench of this Court has directed the non-applicants to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with 2 law expeditiously, but counsel for the petitioner submits that his representation has not been decided yet. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General for the State / respondents was directed to seek instructions as to whether representation of the petitioner has been decided or not, he submits that it has not been decided yet. However, under instructions, he submits that the same shall be decided within a week. 4. Having considered the aforesaid contention putforth by counsel for the parties, this contempt petition is disposed of granting further time of 15 days from today to the respondents / non-applicants i.e. Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Surguja, District Surguja and Tehsildar, Ambikapur, District Surguja to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner. 5. With the aforesaid directions & observations, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
