1. Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :-

“10.1 This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to produce entire record pertaining to the petitioner’s case. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No. 3 to carry out a lawful process of Demarcation with regard to land bearing Khasra No. 751/1, Rakba 700 sqft. / 0.0065 hectare, Mauja Sakri, Tahsil Sakri, District Bilaspur Chhattisgarh and necessary steps may be taken in accordance with law.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been granted Forest Right (Ex.P-1) for 700 sq. feet of land under Khasra No. 751/1 situated at Mauja Sakri, Tahsil Saktri, District Bilaspur, but in Forest Right Patta (Annexure P-1), four-corners mentioned of aforesaid land is contrary to the land possessed by the petitioner, hence, petitioner has filed application before Tahsildar, Saktri (respondent No. 3) as well as Assistant Commissioner of Tribal Development Department (respondent No. 4), but the same have not been decided yet, therefore, he prays that the petitioner is ready to file appropriate application before Collector, Bilaspur for redressal of his grievances, as such, this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No. 2 – Collector, Bilaspur to take decision on the above application filed by the petitioner within a specific time frame.
3. Counsel for the State has no objection to allow such limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
4. As contended by learned counsel for the petitioner, Forest Right has been granted to the petitioner vide Annexure P-1 for 700 sq. feet of land under Khasra No. 751/1 situated at Mauja Sakri, Tahsil Saktri, District Bilaspur. Grievance of
3 the petitioner is that four-corners of said land, to which Forest Right has been granted is different from the four-corners of actual land possessed by him.

Having considered aforesaid facts, this petition is disposed of granting liberty in favour of the petitioner to file appropriate application before respondent No. 2 – Collector, Bilaspur within a period of twenty days from today for redressal of his grievance, thereafter, Collector, Bilaspur (respondent No. 2) shall decide the same expeditiously preferably within a further period of 60 days.
6. With the aforesaid observations & directions, the writ petition stands
disposed of.
