By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought the following reliefs: - “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.1 and 2 to provide adequate security to the petitioners as provided under the law by protecting their rights of life and personal liberty with dignity as guaranteed to them by the Constitution of India under Article 21, being a threat perception of life and liberty as against the respondent nos.3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of respondent no.2 to comply with the direction issued by the respondent no.1 dated 06.12.2025 by which the respondent no.1 has directed the respondent no.2 to investigate and decide the complaint dated 06.12.2025 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) submitted by the petitioners.” 4. Learned State Counsel submits that there is some property dispute between petitioners and 2026:UHC:423-DB private respondents, therefore, they can approach a competent civil court for resolving such dispute. 5. This Court finds substance in the submission made by learned State Counsel. 6. Petitioners are property dealers and they enter into various transactions with different persons. If there is some dispute, arising out of such transactions, that cannot be resolved by writ court. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum. ( Subhash Upadhyay, J.)
