This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's request for rectification of the UDR error, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the objectors, if any, and thereafter pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
